Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, KK Singh, has registered an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty at Rajiv Nagar Police Thana in Patna.

In his complaint, KK Singh said, “My son wanted to leave everything and do farming in Kerala with his friend. But Rhea Chakraborty stopped them, saying that if he didn’t listen to her, she would give his medical reports to the media and would tell every-one that he was not mentally fit.”

He added, “Rhea, who was living with Sushant, left his home. She took some cash, jewelry, laptop, credit card, and Sushant’s medical prescriptions along with her. Rhea blocked his number, after that, Sushant called his sister and said that Rhea might cause harm to him.”

A case was registered under Sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 306 (abetment to suicide) of the IPC.

The police station in-charge of Rajiv Nagar has been made the IO of this case on the orders of Upendra Sharma, SSP of Patna. A team of four consisting of two inspectors and two sub-inspectors met the DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police) of the Mumbai investigating team.

Sushant’s father had not registered a complaint when he was questioned by the Mumbai Police in June. He had said that he has nothing against anyone.
