The controversy surrounding the unnatural death of Sushant Singh Rajput reached the Supreme Court on Wednesday with Rhea Chakraborty filing a petition seeking transfer of an FIR lodged against her in Patna to Mumbai, where probe into A his death was on.

This follows the filing of a police complaint by Sushant’s father KK Singh in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and six others including her family members, accusing them of abetting the actor’s suicide. Rhea Chakraborty has also sought a stay on the probe by Bihar Police on the FIR lodged by Sushant’s father till the disposal of her petition by the Supreme Court.

Sushant was found hanging from the ceiling of his apartment in Bandra in Mumbai on June 14 and since then the Mumbai Police have been probing the case keeping in mind various angles.

Also, Rhea Chakraborty is allegedly missing from her residence in Mumbai. On Tuesday, a four-member police team from Patna arrived in Mumbai to investigate the claims made in the FIR by the actor’s father KK Singh. However, when the team reached Rhea’s residence, they reportedly did not find her there.
